VMET is currently governed by three trustees.
Bill is the oldest son of William R. McBride. Bill’s education is in physics and works with the National Solar Observatory and resides outside of California. He is currently a project manager and electronics engineer helping build the largest solar telescope in the world – ATST.
Andrew continues a legacy of service within VMET as the son of former trustee, Jack McBride, and grandson of Andrew W. McBride aka “Andy”. He is a Ferndale High School and College of the Redwoods alumnus. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, Andrew works as a logger. His grandfather Andy managed McBride Livestock and McBride Brothers in addition to his role at VMET.
Jon Rex is the oldest son of Jon B. McBride. He is a Land Surveyor by profession, to which he was introduced by his father in high school. His education is in Bible & Theology and Church/School Administration. Jon currently works for PACE Engineering.
